Meet Ebenezer:

He is a 30 year old donkey that lives on a six-acre strip of pasture on Grandview's west edge.  He needs veterinary care and his friends are making donations to Equine Health Solutions to help cover the cost.

Ebenezer arrived at our clinic today and got settled into his new home.  Dr. Wagner began working on his front feet and was glad to determine that the lung infection is not as bad has he had thought it might be.

3/12/10 Ebenezer has recovered from the lung infection, the white line disease in his hoofs is gone and he has some new hoofs (patched with acrylic material, until he grows out new hoof).  Today he is going to get a bath.  Ebenezer is waiting for his shed to be fixed up so he can go home.

4/28/10 Ebenezer was dicharged from the clinic and made the trip back to his pasture with out incidence.  He really enjoyed checking out his new home that will keep him dry.  Although Ebenezer is feeling great, he still can not chew well enough to eat the many snacks that visitors will bring.  For Ebenezer's benefit we ask that you refrain from feeding him anything .  Thank you.
